日常、雨の日に履く靴を選ぶのは大変ですよね。

高級な革靴は水が浸み込みやすく、濡れてしまうと良く乾かなかったりカビが生えたりして台無しになります。一般シューズでも同様に汚れも目立ち、悪臭を放つ原因となります。

だから長靴で通勤？男性はスーツに長靴で営業はできませんし、女性もカジュアルでお仕事をされる方はフッション長靴を履かれますがこれからの季節は特に足が蒸れてお困りのことと思います。

High class leather shoes are tends to absorb water and once

it is wetted, the shoes may get fungi or difficulty to dry

itself. Not only High class shoes, but also general shoes

has same problem and outstand dirty in rainy season.

Then what should we do? Wearing rubber boots?

No!! Especially for male sales person wearing the boots

is very difficult due to the looks.

                                                          Those who Women work at casual style company may wear

                                                          fashionable rubber boots, but the feet also may become                                                                  

                                                          damp.

そこで登場したのが透湿防水素材（水蒸気レベルの水分は透過するが水の粒子は通さない素材）を使い、足を包むように袋状に裁断・縫製し、縫い目に防水テープを貼付けた内装体をシューズの内部に入れた登山靴が開発され世界中の登山家が採用したことで、シューズ内への雨の侵入を止め、足の蒸れを外部へ放出することで快適なシューズとして認められ、登山靴からゴルフシューズにも導入され、今では雨の日に履く靴の市場性が高まり最近では紳士靴・婦人靴・スポーツ・カジュアル・ドレス・スノーシューズ等、多くの靴種に採用されております。

Then Waterproof Moisture permeable materials were

invented. The waterproof membrane can prevent

water invading but on the contrary, it only allows water

vaper passing.The figure is made to wrap whole foot and

the sawing line is covered waterproof tape and because of

its high performance, many alpinists used the shoes over

the world. The reputation expands the material range

from to mountain shoes to other shoes as like golf, men’s

透湿防水素材には目に見えない微多孔な穴が一杯開いているタイプや分子の隙間を抜ける穴の開いていないタイプがあります。

当然、穴が開いている微多孔タイプが透過量も多く蒸れにくいことが立証されておりますが、実際には長靴に比べ蒸れにくいレベルであり足は靴内の環境に慣れてしまうため、蒸れにくい靴でも蒸れを感じやすくなります。

弊社では、業界で初めて通気防水素材というものを開発し、防水性を大幅に下げても通気性を重視し、水蒸気レベルの透過性を大きく上回り大量に空気を通気させる素材を開発しました。

防水性を下げたら水漏れしやすいのではと思われがちですが、透湿防水素材を採用した靴は、靴の表の材料（皮革・人工皮革・合成皮革・テキスタイル等がある）や表の材料を保形する保形材料等は水が掛かっても浸み込んだり、毛細管現象で水が広がっていかない様に撥水剤などを使用した防水加工が施されているため、もともと水の侵入がしにくい構造になっているのです。

そこで通気防水素材と表材とを総合的に防水性能を出すということを考えました。

但し、全ての靴に通気防水素材が使用できるものでもなく耐久性も含め靴の使用目的や環境に応じて使い分けております。

 

透湿防水素材の防水性はどのくらい？というと直径１０ｃｍ×１０ｍの円柱の底面に微多孔若しくは無孔タイプの透湿防水膜を配置し、約１０ｍの筒に水を入れても水は漏れないのです。

通気防水素材の防水性は、約６０ｃｍの筒に水を入れたくらいのレベルですが、最近では防水性を向上させ１ｍ～３ｍの高さまで水を入れても漏れないようなタイプを開発しております。

 

透湿防水素材は、もともと欧米で開発され、有名な登山家等が登山靴に採用し世界最高峰のエベレスト等の高山へ命を掛けて登ったことで信頼を得たものが市場で売られておりますが、当社も２５年前より大手スポーツメーカーと共同開発を行い、日本の大手化学企業と優れた透湿防水素材や世界初といえる通気防水素材の開発に成功し、靴用通気防水素材を内蔵した内装体の特許も取得しました。

今や欧米の材料に引けを取らないほどの製造技術と材料を国内外のお客様へ提供しております。

There are various permeable moisture permeable materials as like porous or non-porous.

Of course, porous type materials pass more moisture compared the quantity with usual rubber

boots. But our feet get used the environment, after the result, even if we use the shoes we may

feel uncomfortable.

Therefore Foot techno invented breathable waterproof materials to increase moisture

permeable level even if it decreases waterproof level compared it with general waterproof

materials.

You may think lower waterproof level makes leaking, but the shoe’s facial leather parts

(natural leather, artificial leather) which used waterproof materials for the parts are coated

with other waterproof finishing in the first place (e.g. water-repellent finishing), hence the

shoes are difficult to leak.So we think using total water-proof performance and breathable

water-proof materials is better for shoe comfort, however not all shoes can’t be compatible with

the breathable membrane. We used general waterproof material and breathable materials

depend on the situation.

 

Our waterproof and moisture permeable materials performance is as follow.

Even we set the membrane under the 10cm × 10 m water-full tube, the membrane can prevent

water leaking.On the contrary Foot Techno breathable waterproof membrane performance

limit is only 10cm × 60cm water-full tube,

but we are developing more high performance one to prevent 1m – 3 m water tube water leak.

 

 

 

 

Originally Waterproof materials were invented in Europe and America. The membrane was

famous for used by alpinists who challenge Mt. Everest.  

Foot Techno invented the breathable waterproof materials 25 years ago by doing joint

development with Japan big sport maker and chemical company. Also we made shoe interior

body used the breathable membrane and obtained the patent. 

Now days, we supply high performance membrane and the making technic to over the word

which performance is no way inferior to other one.
