　  広島国際大学　蒲田准教授が開発したリアラインスポーツは、トップアスリートの足の障害予防とリハビリ用に開発され、進化を重ねてトップアスリートのスポーツパフォーマンス向上にも幅広く用いられています。
陸上で行うあらゆるスポーツ、そして足の負担を軽減したいリハビリ、高齢者、足のゆがみを予防したい女性、などすべての足に”力”を与えます。

弊社では、このインソールを蒲田教授ともに低価格化を進めスポーツシューズ製造メーカー、その他の履物製造メーカーへ幅広く量産品へもご提供できるよう３年前よりリアライン・インソール・ライトを販売しております。

この度、新たにリアライン・インソール・フェムライトを開発しており、より多くの婦人靴へご提供できるよう量産タイプを４月発売目標で進めております。

　リアライン・インソール・スポーツの中央アーチ部分をはめ込み式パーツを無くし、一体成型することで低価格化を実現。
中央アーチ部分は、スポーツの最も柔らかい赤色パッドに相当するフィット感のため、違和感無く常に理想のアーチを保つ生活が可能となります。
また、スポーツに使用されている底面の樹脂（TPU）を無くすことで軽量化に成功し、幅の狭い靴の装着も可能になりました。

Foot Techno achieved lowered cost by removing the attached parts

of Realign Insole which is on the center arch. It enables us to foam

insole easily and in short time.

RIL Center arch feeling is equivalent to Realign Insole’s red

attached parts. Therefore RIL can keep ideal arch figure for your

feet health. In addition to the center parts, we removed RI bottom resin (TPU) which is used

for sports shoes and it can make more light weight insole and expand the using to other type of

shoes especially width close shoes.

①サポート力
　足の立体的なドーム構造の要である「立方骨」をサポートすることにより、
足部の立体的なドーム構造をサポートします。
これにより、徐々に足がインソールの形状に馴染みます。

②グリップ力
　インソール表面の生地は、グリップ力の高いスウェード調の生地を採用。
  生地の織り込む方向を考慮してインソールに貼り付けることにより、前後方向に十分な摩擦を確保し、
  靴の中で足が滑るのを防ぎます。

③足のバイオメカニクスを熟知した設計
　足に不快感を与えるポイントの圧迫を避けています。
インソールは徐々に体から伝わる荷重により潰れて足に馴染むとともに、立方骨の支持により足も馴染みます。

・Proper support

By supporting cuboid bone, which is important parts of feet, RIL keeps total feet 3D frame.

Then feet get used to the insole step by step.

・Grip power 

We use strong grip suede fabric for the top cloth. By attaching the fabric on insole considering

fabric mending direction, it shows high grip power and prevents feet slipping in the shoes.

・Considered Design on Feet biomechanics

 The insole avoids giving the pressure on uncomfortable points. RSL gets used to feet by

  receiving weight from wearing person, also the person’s get used to the insole by supporting

 cuboid bone.

If there is joint distortion, it not only makes disable, but also it delay

recovery from injury.

I treated various people from Olympic athlete to senior people who are

annoyed to foot, back, nee pain and making 2000 pairs over handmade

insole for them. After 5 years trial and error, I finally made “Sports”

which can be fit to everyone. “Sports” unevenness foam fit to bottom of

feet and gives you more high performance than general custom insole.
